Current Position and Past Experience
Since 2008, Phil Ice has been the Vice President of Research and Development at the American Public University System. This followed his time as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UNC Charlotte, and as an Instructional Technologist and Instructor at West Virginia University.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Ice earned his EdD from Western Virginia Univeristy.

For eight years, Ice was a member of SLOAN-C. He was a member of WCET from 2008-2010.
