Current Position and Past Experience
Nicole Lembo is currently Manager of Talent Management and Academic Programs at JetBlue Airways and has been with the company since 2015. Previously, she was Supervisor for Academic Programs before stepping into her current role. Prior to JetBlue, she supported students with disabilities in higher education and worked as a project manager in the litigation support field.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Lembo holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from St. Mary’s College of California. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Political Science from San Diego State Unviersity.
