Current Position and Past Experience
Michelle Van Noy is currently Associate Director of the Education and Employment Research Center at Rutgers University. Prior to Rutgers, she was a Research Associate at the Community College Research Center at Columbia University and a Research Analyst at Mathematica Policy Research.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Van Noy holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Sociology and Education from Columbia University. She also has a Master of Science in Public Policy as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Rutgers University.
