Current Position and Past Experience
Michael Edmondson is currently Associate Provost of Continued Learning at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and has been in this position since 2023. He is also Vice President of Professional and Corporate Education at the New Jersey Innovation Institute. Prior, he was at New Jersey City University for four years where he served as Executive Director and Dean of the College of Professional Studies. In 2014, he was Associate Vice President of Career Development at Augustana College before stepping into the role of Director of the Center for Continuing Studies at Mercer County Community College.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Edmondson holds a Doctor of Philosophy in U.S. Diplomatic History from Temple University and a Master of Arts in History from Villanova University. He also has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Cabrini University.

Business Experts Press has published eight books authored by Dr. Edmondson. His latest book is Nurturing Equanimity: Creating A Caring Culture fand he is currently working on his ninth book Achieving Productivity: 24 Essential Skills for High-Performing Teams to be published in 2025. Due to his expertise and significant publishing record, Business Experts Press also appointed Dr. Edmondson to serve as the Co-Editor of its Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior Collection.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Edmondson practices yoga and meditation on a daily basis and enjoys spending time with his family and two canine friends.
