Current Position and Past Experience
Dr. Marsha Danielson is the Vice President of Economic Development at South Central College. In this role, she provides leadership and management in the functional areas of Customized Training and Continuing Education, Agriculture Center of Excellence, Marketing and Communications, and the Office of Grants and Special Projects. She joined the college in 2007 as Dean of Economic Development within the Center for Business and Industry. Prior to joining SCC, Dr. Danielson served in University Advancement for Minnesota State University, Mankato for 12 years. In addition, Dr. Danielson served as the founding Executive Director of the Greater Mankato Diversity Council.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Dr. Danielson holds a Doctorate in Community College Leadership from Ferris State University, MI.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Dr. Danielson has served as a racial justice facilitator since 2004. She is passionate about and volunteers her time for various diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. She also enjoys the outdoors with her husband, and faithful dog Maggie.
