Current Position and Past Experience
Mark Ginsberg is currently President of Towson University and has been in the role since October 2023. Previously, he was Provost and Executive Vice President, and Dean of College of Education and Human Development at George Mason University. Prior, he was a Faculty Member in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Ginsberg holds a Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Science in Human Development and Family Studies & Clinical Psychology from Penn State University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from State University of New York Cortland.
