Current Position and Past Experience

Latoya Jenkins is currently Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Experience at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, and has been in this position since 2020. She began her career as Director of the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2004 until 2011. She then moved to CoStar Group where she was Senior Research Manager for eight years before stepping into her current role.

Education, Honors and Achievements

Jenkins holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. She also has a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Human Resource management from the University of Maryland.
