Current Position and Past Experience
Kristen Huyck is currently Director of Public and Governmental Relations at MiraCosta College and has been in this position since 2017. She is also currently a professor at both MiraCosta College, California Baptist University and Mt. San Jacinto College. Prior, she was a Community Relations Manager for the Riverside Unified School District and adjunct faculty for Anthem Education Group.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Huyck holds a Doctor of Education in Organziational Leadership from Pepperdine University. She also has a Master’s degree in Political Science and Government from California State University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from the University of California.
