Current Position and Past Experience
Joshua Charles is currently the Director of Web Strategy and Technology at Rutgers Business School. He has worked for Rutgers since 2010 and through three promotions. Josh is also a Board Member and Vice President for HighEdWeb, a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization that educates digital professionals who work at colleges and universities.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Josh holds a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing from Rutgers and has led in-depth workshops and presentations on leadership and marketing tactics at multiple conferences. He also received the Staff Excellence Award twice for his leadership and accomplishments at Rutgers Business School.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Josh loves 2D and 3D puzzles, many of which can be seen in his background during Zoom meetings. When he’s not working on puzzles or reading, he’s volunteering for HighEdWeb and networking with professionals in and outside of higher education.
