Current Position and Past Experience
Jason Smith currently serves as the Executive Director of Enrollment Management for the School of Continuing Studies at Georgetown University. Smith is also a Teaching Assistant for Ethics, Economics and Organizations courses at Harvard University. Before stepping into his current role, Smith was the Director of Enrollment and Retention for the Division of Continuing Education at Harvard University. Prior to Harvard, Smith served as the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management at the American Public University System for 8 years.

Smith actively participates on the Education Advisory Board (EAB), the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) and the University Professional and Continuing Education Associations (UPCEA).

Education, Honors and Achievements
Smith earned his BA in Corporate Communications from Elon University and his MA in Management from The American Public University. Smith earned a second MA in College Student Development and Administration from Shepherd University and is currently completing his Ed.D in Educational Leadership and Management from Drexel University.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
In his spare time, Smith enjoys traveling and immersing himself in different cultures and experiences. He often volunteers in his community and currently serves as an Elon Career Mentor for his undergraduate alma mater.
