Current Position and Past Experience
James Toscano is currently President of Partners for College Affordability and Public Trust and has been in this position since 2017. Prior, he was Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Executive Director of the TCC Educational Foundation at Tidewater Community College. He has also been an adjunct instructor at Christopher Newport University.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Toscano holds a Docorate in Law and Policy from Northeastern University and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of London. He also earned his Bachelor of Science in Communication from Old Dominion University.
