Ian Anderson is currently Associate Director of Recruitment at Utah State University. Prior, he was at Virginia Tech, where he was Graduate Assistant for Intercultural Learning and Development, and for Academic Initiatives. He also has experience as a regional recruiter for Utah State.

Anderson holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education from Virginia Tech. He also has a Master of Education in Instructional Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Utah State University.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Anderson is married to the love of his life and is the father of two boys. He enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, gardening, and playing board games.
