Current Position and Past Experience
Helena Wahlstrom is currently Assistant Director of Learner Experience Design at Southern New Hampshire University and has been with the institution since 2012. Some of the roles she served in include Assistant Director of Course Production, Lead Editor, and Content Architect.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Helena holds a Master of Arts in Communications from Southern New Hampshire University. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a UX designer certification via DesignLab UX Academy.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Helena is Finnish American, hailing from Finland’s seashore capital, Helsinki. She is currently based in New England. In her free time, Helena enjoys practicing digital illustration, reading, fitness, and hanging out with her husband and their two rescue pups.
