Current Position and Past Experience
Since 2010, Haley Glover has served as the Strategy Director at the Lumina Foundation. Prior to joining the Lumina Foundation team, Glover held the position of Associate Commissioner of Policy and Planning Studies at Indiana Commission for Higher Education. Glover also served as an Associate Director of Fiscal and Administrative Policy at Massachusetts Board of Higher Education and a Fiscal Policy Analyst at Massachusetts Executive Office for Administration and Finance.
From 2002-2004 Glover was a Research Associate for the Center for Economic Competitiveness at Hudson Institute and before that, a Development Associate at the National Dance Institute of New Mexico.
Glover also volunteers in her community as a Board Member of the Simon Youth Foundation and the President of the Herron-Morton Place Foundation. She is also a Member of the leadership council for Strive Together and a Member of the advisory council for Viridis Learning Inc.
Education, Honors and Achievements
Glover earned her BA in English, Second Education and US History from Franklin College and her MA in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College. In 2005, Glover earned her Master’s in Public Administration from Syracuse University.
