Current Position and Past Experience
Frank Cappadocia is the Dean of Continuous Professional Learning at Humber College in Toronto. He works to improve the quality of student, staff, and faculty life in the post-secondary sector. Previously, Cappadocia was the Associate Vice President of Administration and Community Engagement at Lakehead University from 2009 until 2021.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Cappadocia has a Masters’ Degree in Community Leadership from Regis University, which he earned in 2002. He is also currently studying for his MBA in Educational Leadership and Administration, which he will complete in 2023. In 1996, Cappadocia earned his Bachelor’s in Sociology from York University.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Frank is a Director of the Orillia & District Chamber of Commerce. He helps the town build a better community through opportunity and relationship enhancement. He was previously the President of the Orillia Chapter of the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
