Current Position and Past Experience
Felipe Martinez has served as Manager of Student Success at the University of Washington since 2015, where he collaborates with a variety of university stakeholders to coordinate retention efforts and increase overall UW graduation rates. Prior to this, he served as Associate Director of USC Norman Topping Student Aid Fund, where he coordinated and facilitated retention initiatives and programs.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Martinez holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and an M.Ed. in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs from the University of Southern California. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
