Eric Triplett currently serves as Chair of the Department of Microbiology and Cell Science at the University of Florida.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Triplett earned his Bachelor’s in Biology from Rutgers University, his Masters in Botany and Plant Physiology from the University of Maryland, and his Triplett earned his doctorate in Agronomy and Plant Physiology from the University of Missouri.

In 2003, Triplett was awarded a Fulbright Award
