Current Position and Past Experience
Eric Richardson has been the CEO of Growth Development Associates for nearly 30 years. Since 1989, GDA has provided Sales Training in over 40 countries for global companies. Richardson also worked at Digital Equipment Corporation as their U.S. Director of Competitive Strategies as well as the Mid-Atlantic Area Director of Sales & Marketing. Prior, he was with IBM for 11 years serving in many different roles.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Richardson has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University.
