Current Position and Past Experience
Since 2015, Emily Joy Bembeneck has served as Associate Director of Pedagogical Innovation at the University of Chicago Graham School of Continuing Liberal and Professional Studies.

Bembeneck also serves as a Program Manager for Faculty Outreach and Consulting at the University of Chicago, a role she has held since 2013. Bembeneck started her career in higher education as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Bembeneck earned her BA in Classical Languages and Literature and her PhD in Classical and Ancient Studies from the University of Michigan.

Bembeneck has volunteered her time as a Publication Reviewer for EDUCAUSE since 2014.
