Current Position and Past Experience
Doug McKenna is the University Registrar at George Mason University, a role he has held since 2019.

McKenna is also the host of the For the Record Podcast, a registrar podcast sponsored by AACRAO that focuses on the roles, responsibilities, and rigmarole of a registrar’s office.

Previously, McKenna was the University Registrar at American University.

Education, Honors and Achievements
McKenna holds a Bachelor’s in English from the University of Notre Dame. He also has a Master’s in Higher, Adult, and Life Long Education from Michigan State University.

Currently, McKenna is working on his PhD in Higher Education from George Mason University.
