Current Position and Past Experience
Daniel Piedra is currently Assistant Director of the Center for Continuing Education at McMaster University where he has served in that role since 2016. From 2003-2011 Piedra was Director of Continuing Education at Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning before becoming Associate Dean of E-Learning and Program Development at Sheridan College for three years. He has also served as a facilitator and instructor for 16 years at Brock University.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Mr. Piedra is currently completing a Doctor of Philosophy in Education at Brock University. He also has a Master of Science in Urban Studies and a Bachelor of Education from Brigham Young University, and a certificate in Adult Education from Sheridan College.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Mr. Piedra is an avid squash player, competing in a number of tournaments each year and enjoys cycling and listening to music.
