Current Position and Past Experience
Dan Doerger is currently Director of Workforce Innovation at the University of Hawai‘i Community College system. Previously, he worked with Hawai‘i P20, Partnerships in Education as the state Alignment Director. He is a lifelong educator having taught high school and middle school students for fifteen years and as a professor of education with Indiana University.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Doerger holds a EdD in Curriculum and Instruction, BA in English Literature and a BS of Secondary Education from The University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH. He also has a Med in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of Washington, Seattle, WA.
