Current Position and Past Experience
Claudia Pouravelis is Associate Dean of Enrollment Management in the Woods College of Advancing Studies at Boston College. She was appointed to the role in 2016, following a tenure as Associate Dean of Graduate and Non-Traditional Student Academic Affairs at Regis College. She has served as an Adjunct Instructor in the areas of Higher Education Leadership and Public Speaking at Regis College, Merrimack College, and the Woods College at Boston College.
Education, Honors and Achievements
Claudia Pouravelis holds a B.A. and an M.A. from Boston College. She earned her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership (Higher Education) from Johnson & Wales University. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Jesuit Studies from the Institute for Advanced Jesuit Studies at Boston College.
Personal Details and Community Involvement
Claudia enjoys traveling, reading historical fiction, and spending time by the ocean in her native Old Orchard Beach, Maine.
