Current Position and Past Experience
Chris Winstead is currently Deputy Executive Director of Workforce Training at Maine Community College System, and has been in this position since 2021. He is also a board member of PCHC. Prior, he was Director of Workforce Development at Eastern Maine Community College. From 2011 to 2015, he was a District Representative at the US House of Representatives, before stepping into the Executive Director at Piscataquis County Economic Development Council.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Winstead holds an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM.
