Current Position and Past Experience
Catherine Jones is Associate Vice President of Workforce Development at McHenry County College. Prior to taking on her current role, she was Founder and President of Pivot Learning Strategies, an educational consulting firm she founded in 2016. This followed three years as the Director of Executive Education for Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University in Chicago. Prior to joining Loyola University, Jones worked at McHenry County College as Executive Director of Workforce in Community and Business Programs and Director of Corporate Training and Business Development. Jones also served in the role of Coordinator of Illinois Small Business Development Center at McHenry County College.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Jones earned her BS from Olivet Nazarene University. She also completed an Executive Education certificate program, New Product Innovation and Development and Implementation from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. In 2010, Jones earned her MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.
