Current Position and Past Experience
Alexander Bentz is an Education Analyst with RTI International, a position he has held since 2014. In this capacity, Mr. Bentz conducts research on K-12 and postsecondary education for a variety of state, federal and foundation clients, touching on issues of federal and state accountability, achievement and educational attainment gaps among students from diverse backgrounds and income levels, and labor market and student loan repayment outcomes.

Mr. Bentz holds a B.A. in Economics and Urban Geography from Macalester College.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
While not researching, Mr. Bentz enjoys hiking and rock climbing, watching Giants baseball games, and baking bread.
