Current Position and Past Experience
Tom Keegan is the President of Skagit Valley College (SVC) in Mount Vernon, Wash., a position he has held since 2012. Prior to SVC, he served as President of Peninsula College in Port Angeles, Wash., for 10 years. Tom has served the Washington community and technical college system for 43 years.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Keegan received his Associate degree from Skagit Valley College, Bachelor’s degree from University of Puget Sound, Master’s degree from Western Washington University and Doctoral degree from the University of Washington.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Outside of work, Tom enjoys boating, pickle ball, woodworking, and spending time with his family.
