Liz-Ann Gayle | Head of Innovation, FT | IE Corporate Learning Alliance
Current Position and Past Experience
Since October 2017, Liz-Ann Gayle has served as Head of Innovation at FT|IE Corporate Learning Alliance, a joint venture of the Financial Times and IE Business School which brings together world-renowned business information leaders, journalism professionals, academic faculty, and a global network of educators to co-create customized corporate learning and leadership development programs in multiple languages to multiple sectors.
As Head of Innovation, Gayle is responsible for identifying, creating and integrating innovative learning techniques, technologies and impact measurement tools into customized learning programs.
Formerly, she served as Design Director at London Business School, where she led the redesign and delivery of select open and custom executive education programs. From 2012 to 2016, she was Custom Programme Director at London Business School, where she led the School’s largest-value custom client program from delivery to impact. Prior to this, she served Chief Operating Officer of ABN AMRO Bank’s global telecom, media and technology investment banking team.
Education, Honors and Achievements
In 2015, Gayle was awarded a Certificate of Completion for Art and Practice of Leadership Development from Harvard University’s John F Kennedy School of Government. She holds an MA from Yale University and an International MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
