Current Position and Past Experience
Jeannette Smith is currently Vice President of Student Affairs at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and has been in this position since 2021. She is also an adjunct instructor at Saint Martin’s University. Prior, she was at Evergreen State College for four years. Some of her roles there include Interim Associate Dean of Student Affairs and Engagement, and Director of Student Activities. She was also a Financial Aid Coordinator for Scholarships and Outreach at Truckee Meadows Community College.

Smith holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Master of Arts in Higher Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Nevada.
