Current Position and Past Experience
Kristen Capezza currently serves as Vice President of Enrollment Management and University Communications at Adelphi University, New York. Her expertise in admissions, financial aid, retention and marketing strategies has produced multiple years of record-setting enrollments. She is responsible for the leadership and development of an 100+ person team spanning Communications and Marketing, University Admissions, and One-Stop Student Services, inclusive of Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and Registrar services.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Frequently called upon for her expertise in higher education and leadership, Kristen has presented at various conferences including NACAC and NYSACAC. She been recognized with a number of professional awards including Long Island Premier Business Woman (2022), the Nassau Counselors’ Association College Counselor of the Year (2018), the Adelphi University Mentoring Excellence Award (2018), the LIBN Top 40 Under 40 Professionals of Long Island (2017), the KPMG Athena Young Professional Leadership Award (2017), and the NACAC Rising Star Award (2012).

Kristen holds a BSBA in Marketing and Finance from Bryant University, an MBA in Marketing from Adelphi University, and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Adelphi University.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Kristen Capezza’s passions include cooking, golfing, traveling, and reading. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, and their family Labradoodle, Rocco.
