Current Position and Past Experience
John Delaney is the Dean of the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business and College of Business Administration at the University of Pittsburgh. He is also a Professor of Business Administration at the University. He has held these positions since 2006.

Prior to joining the University of Pittsburgh, Delaney was an Associate Dean and professor at Michigan State University and Chair of the Department of Marketing at the University of Iowa.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Delaney received his BS from Le Moyne College in 1977. In 1983, he completed his PhD at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Delaney is the winner of the Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Illinois – School of Labor and Employment Relations.
