Current Position and Past Experience
Edward Finn currently serves as Director of Instructional Technology Design and Assessment at Valparasio University. He’s also an adjunct assistant professor. Prior, Finn served as Director of Operations at Lake Forest Library, and was a liaison for Innovation and Collaboration in Teaching and Learning at Associated Colleges of the Midwest. He was also an Instructional Technology Specialist at the Ruth Lily Law Library, part of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
Education, Honors and Achievements
Finn earned his BSc in Labor Studies and MSc in Adult Education at Indiana University. In December 2017, he earned his Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University.
The title of his dissertation is
Faculty Perceptions of Faculty Perceptions of the Transition of a Learning Management System Through the Lens of Organizational Change: A Case Study.
Personal Details and Community Involvement
Finn enjoys traveling, visiting historic landmarks, attending activities with his four children and wife Melissa, and is an avid reader of history, biographies, and current leadership topics.
