Current Position and Past Experience
Caryn L. Beck-Dudley is currently the Dean of the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. Prior, she was the Dean of the College of Business at Florida State University for nine years. Beck-Dudley was a faculty member at Utah State University for 21 years. Some of her roles included Dean, Department Chair and Professor.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Caryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Utah State University. She also has a Juris Doctor in Law from the University of Idaho. She is the recent past chair of AACSB.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
She is passionate about using business principles to help tackle social problems and sits on the board for CESC, Inc., known as the Kearney Center, helping the homeless.
