Current Position and Past Experience
Rob Spohr has been the Academic Vice President at Montcalm Community College (MCC) since 2011. He started at MCC in 2004 as adjunct faculty where he has also been full-time tenured faculty and Dean of Occupations.

Before entering higher education, Rob served in the Marine Corps, owned and operated a Domino's Pizza, and held management positions in the bottling, automotive, food processing, and commercial construction.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Rob earned his associate degree in business administration from MCC, a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing in from Grand Valley State University, a master's degree in Career and Technical Education from Ferris State University, and is ABD from the Higher Adult and Lifelong Learning Ph.D. program at Michigan State University.
