Nina Morel | Executive Director of Coaching and Leadership Development in the College of Business, Lipscomb University
Nina Morel is currently Executive Director of Coaching and Leadership Development in the College of Business at Lipscomb University. Prior, she served as the Dean of the College of Professional Studies for four years. She had been at Lipscomb for three years before, serving as the Director of M.Ed. Programs and then as the Associate Dean of the College of Professional Studies. Morel has an extensive teaching background, having served as a faculty member at Middle Tennessee State University, Tennessee State University and Lipscomb University along with several others.
Morel is a member of the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, Delta Kappa Gamma International Society for Women Educators, and Association of Continuing Higher Education and has served on the Board of Tennessee Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages organization.
Education, Honors and Achievements
Morel earned her B.A. in History, English and German from Lipscomb University. Morel also earned a Master of Education degree and her Ed.D. in Administration and Supervision from Tennessee State University.
She is the author of two books on coaching, Learning from Coaching (ASCD, 2014) and How to Build an Instructional Coaching Program for Maximum Capacity (Corwin, 2012)
