Current Position and Past Experience
Mary-Eleanor Power is currently the Director of Marketing & Communications for the Faculty of Open Learning and Career Development at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Previously, she was the Marketing Manager for the Faculty of Agriculture and Coordinator of Recruitment for the Corporate Residency MBA Program – both at Dalhousie University. Prior to Dalhousie, she worked in a Marketing and Communications capacity at Invest Nova Scotia (formerly Nova Scotia Business Inc).

Education, Honors and Achievements
Power is a certified Change Management Practitioner, and holds an MBA from Dalhousie University, and a Bachelor of Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Mary-Eleanor enjoys cheering on her six-year-old son, Jerry, at hockey rinks, basketball courts and baseball diamonds. When she’s not a sports spectator, she loves any time spent with her family and friends, especially when it also includes delicious food, being outside in nature or in a hot yoga studio.
