Current Position and Past Experience
Kristi Flack is currently the Director of Operations of the Wilder Business Center Facility at Northeast Iowa Community College. In this role, she provides oversight of the Wilder Business Center Facility, trainings, and events, as well as leading the development and implementation of processes and procedures that support the Business and Community Solutions division. Flack also holds the role of Lead Operations/Health Program Manager at Northeast Iowa Community College. Her background includes roles as a Child Care Strategist at HAWC Partnerships for Children, a Welfare to Work Specialist at Explorerland Regional Planning and a Youth Care Worker at Wyalusing Academy.

Flack holds a bachelor's degree in sociology/criminology from the University of Northern Iowa.

Flack is skilled in First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training and holds an Iowa Paramedic Certification.
