Frank Dooley | Chancellor, Purdue University Global

Current Position and Past Experience
Frank Dooley is currently Chancellor of Purdue University Global. Prior, Dooley worked for Purdue University since 1998. Some of his roles included Senior Vice Provost for teaching and learning, Associate Vice Provost and Professor and Provost Fellow. He was a key leader of the Purdue team that secured the regulatory approvals and helped launch Purdue Global in 2017, extending Purdue’s land-grant mission to students from across the state and around the nation. Before Purdue, Dooley was at North Dakota State University for six years as Assistant Professor, and later Associate Professor in the Department of Agriculture Economics.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Dooley holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Agricultural Economics from Washington State University. He also has Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. John’s University. In 1981, he earned his Juris Doctor from The University of North Dakota School of Law.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Dooley and his wife, Pamela, have two daughters. He maintains an immaculate yard with a georgeous variety of flowers.
