Current Position and Past Experience
Debbie Rulo is currently Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at Johnson County Community College and has been with JCCC since 1996. Some of her other roles there include Director and Program Director of Continuing Education, and Program Coordinator. Prior, she was at Sprint for six years, serving as the Educational Coordinator and Scheduling Administrator. Debbie has spent 31 years of her career in Continuing Education.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Rulo holds a Master of Science in Management from Baker University. She also has a Bachelor of Science in General Business Administration from Kansas State University.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Some of her favorite things to do outside of work include: working in her flower gardens, spending time at her family cabin – enjoying fishing, riding ATV’s and camp fires.
