Charles Dull | Associate Dean of the IT Center of Excellence, Cuyahoga Community College

Current Position and Past Experience
Charles Dull is currently the Associate Dean of the IT Center of Excellence at Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio. The IT Center of Excellence provides credit and non-credit courses that lead to certificates and degrees in IT across fields like networking, programming and web design. They also offer specialized Cisco and Microsoft training programs.

As Associate Dean he is tasked with program planning and support for online and blended learning programs, as well as driving innovation in eLearning and virtual student services.

Prior to joining the College Dr. Dull was on the staff of The Higher Learning Commission as Operations Manager for the Academic Quality Improvement Project and Assistant Director for Information Systems. Along with AQIP operations, Dull also was an active speaker and innovator on issues ranging from implementing quality procedures to process measurement in higher education.

Prior to joining the Commission Dr. Dull was with Myers University in Cleveland, Ohio as the Director for the Division of Adult Learning, having responsibilities for the online education programs, other distance education options and the university website. While at Myers Dull lead the team that designed the Portfolio Review Process for Adult Learners, a Corporate College program and design of BS and MBA degrees for online delivery. Prior to this, Dull had been with Bryant & Stratton College servicing as Academic Advisor and Program Director for Business and Accounting, and was part of first group of online faculty.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Dr. Dull earned his BSBA and MBA from Youngstown State University and PhD from Capella University.
