Current Position and Past Experience
Ross Dickens is the Dean of the College of Business and Global Affairs at the University of Tennessee at Martin. He has held this position since 2013. Dickens is also a professor at the College.

Prior to this, Dickens was a Professor of Finance and Department Chair at the University of South Alabama.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Dickens earned his BS from Presbyterian College in 1983. In 1987, he completed his MBA at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 1991, he earned his PhD at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Outside of work, Dickens has spent much time enjoying various sports (especially those being played by one his children) or, too often, watching the Atlanta Braves lose another game after being ahead in the sixth inning or later.
