Current Position and Past Experience
Paul Shepherd is currently Interim Associate Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities. In this role, Paul leads system-wide efforts related to student affairs and enrollment management including working with campus leaders at the 33 colleges and universities of Minnesota State. Prior to this role, Paul served as the System Director for Student Development and Success at Minnesota State leading efforts related to student support and success.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Paul holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and researched the relationship between college student engagement, socioeconomic status, and persistence to program completion. He also has a Master of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication with a Human Resource Management emphasis from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.
