Current Position and Past Experience
Nadia Kaminski is currently Retention Strategist of Extended Campus at the University of Wisconsin and has been with the institution since 2013. In her current role, as the Retention Strategist, she's responsible for creating, developing, collaborating, and leading student retention initiatives across the organization. Prior to this role, she was the Manager of the Academic Success Coaching team for their online Comptency-Based Education Program, UW Flexible Option.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Kaminski holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration & Marketing from Oakland University.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Kaminski loves the outdoors, especially hiking and gardening. She's also an avid volunteer and supporter for local community organizations such as Aldo Leopold Nature Center, Just Dane, and United Way of Dane County.
