Current Position and Past Experience
Michelle Love is an Academic Program Chair in the College of Business at Western Governors University. Michelle joined WGU in 2018 and led both the undergraduate and graduate business course faculty prior to her role as a program chair. She was at Grand Canyon University from 2010-2018, with her last role there being Assistant Director of Faculty Training and Development. She has held several leadership positions in higher education over the last 10 years and has extensive teaching experience with a variety of student populations and modalities.

Love holds an MBA from City University of Seattle and a BFA from Washington State University.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Michelle is a creative thinker and innovator with a background in marketing, entrepreneurship, education, and the arts. She has a particular passion for the transformative potential of business and the role business education plays in developing stakeholder-oriented leaders and change-makers. Michelle frequently works with Free Arts for Abused Children of Arizona to support healing through the arts, and she’s an active member of the Arizona chapter of Conscious Capitalism. In her free time she enjoys rock climbing with her daughter and learning about viticulture and enology.
