Current Position and Past Experience
Loretta Gerlach is the Director of Administration and Operations with the Centre for Continuing Education at the University of Regina. She brings over 20 years of public service experience, including leadership roles in human resources, change management, and labour relations with the Government of Saskatchewan, and has contributed to major initiatives like the Enterprise Business Modernization Project. Gerlach has also worked as a Sessional Lecturer at the University of Regina since 2003.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Gerlach holds a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, a Master of Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Human Justice, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Regina.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Outside of work, Loretta enjoys spending time at her cabin at Last Mountain Lake with her partner and their two dogs.
