Lauren Serpati is an educational psychologist with expertise in assessment of learning, cognition, and motivation. Lauren Serpati is currently an Assessment Specialist at Western Governors University for the competency-based general education department. Prior to joining WGU, Serpati served as Senior Director of Education at Global Skills Exchange, where she worked with clients in both the private and public sector to define, measure, and optimize skills individuals need to be successful at school and work. She has also served as an adjunct professor at George Mason University.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Lauren Serpati holds a Ph.D. in Education with a specialization in educational psychology and research methodology from George Mason Unversity. She also holds a Masters in Education and B.A. Psychology from the same institution. Go Patriots!
