Current Position and Past Experience
Jennifer Oddo is currently Executive Director of the Division of Workforce Education and Innovation at Youngstown State University. Prior, she was at IBM for five years where she served in roles such as program manager and North America Talent Acquisition Leader. She has also served as a talent acquisition manager at Black Box and a Human Resource Manager for LOGOS Communications.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Oddo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Akron.
