Jeff Doyle has been Director of Student Life at Southwestern University since December 2023. He consults as a student success expert for Advisor AI and other organizations. Previously, he was Dean for Student Learning & Engagement at Baylor University and Director of Student Success & Retention at Southern Methodist University.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Doyle holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education (2001), a M.Ed. in Counseling and Student Affairs Practice (1994), and B.A. in Biology (1992) from the University of Virginia.
