Isabel Cardenas-Navia is currently Senior Director of Research at Workcred. Previously, she was Director of Research. Prior, she was at the Business-Higher Education Forum for five years serving as Vice President of Programs and Director of Emerging Workforce Programs. Prior, she was President and Founder at Alta Vision for seven years.

Cardenas-Navia holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University.
