Current Position and Past Experience
Gustaf Nordbäck is Chief Executive Officer of FT|IE Corporate Learning Alliance, a joint venture of the Financial Times and IE Business School. With a successful track record in the financial and education sectors, Nordbäck brings to the position valuable experience of growing businesses that have brought a disruptive approach to the status quo, and a unique insight into companies’ strategic needs.

Prior to joining FT|IE Corporate Learning Alliance, Nordbäck helped scale DigiExam, a digital assessment platform for creating, administering and marking exams, into a company serving over 2,800 organizations across 80 countries. As MD for EMEA and Brazil at Rosetta Stone, Nordbäck launched and accelerated growth in numerous markets across Europe and significantly grew revenues for the language technology software company.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Nordbäck earned a Master’s degree at Stockholm School of Economics in 2003 and an MBA at INSEAD in 2009.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Nordbäck is a passionate sailor and also spends his time outside of work supporting and advising up-and-coming entrepreneurs in the education space.
